Global Account Manager - Aberdeen - Travel Management. An excellent opportunity to work for a highly reputable, travel management company where you will be responsible for looking after a global client programme in the energy sector.
Global Account Manager Responsibilities
Working closely with their Global Travel manager and implant team, you will have one direct report and overall responsibility for the retention, development and growth of this key client. You will continually seek to improve the service delivery, influence travel behaviors, implement annul business and savings plan and analyse data to make recommendations. You will also ensure the TMC are delivering against agreed SLA's and KPI's are being met. You will also support the global operations team to ensure the most effect service is in place.
Global Account Manager Skills Required
- Proven track record in account/business management within a global organisation in the travel sector
- Experience of the marine, offshore or energy sectors desirable
- Commercially astute
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Global Account Manager Package
A highly competitive basic salary in line with experience (to be discussed on application) plus car allowance
You will be required to work a minimum of 3 days per week on-site in Aberdeen with flexibility for the remaining 2 days to work from home or in the office.
Approximately 4-5 overseas trips a year will be required as part of the role.
